Becker Surf bought by Billabong
Becker Surf, the iconic Hermosa Beach surf company founded by shaper Phil Becker, glasser Steve Mangiagli and pinstriper Dave Hollander in 1980, was bought on Thursday by surf industry giant Billabong.
